The performance will last for one hour and forty five minutes.

Can I buy refreshments at the event?

We have a food and drink village which showcases the best food and drink from across the Highlands and Moray and caters for adults and children. The village is open before and after every performance so come early and sample what’s on offer.

Are there disabled facilities?

Yes there are disabled toilets on site and disabled guests with a paid ticket can be accompanied by a carer for free. We also have a dedicated disabled car parking area.

Do children pay full price?

All children over 2 years of age have to pay for a ticket but there are family tickets available as well as reduced price individual children’s tickets.

Is the performance the same every night?

Yes, the programme is repeated on each of the nights and at the matinee.

Is the event suitable for children?

The programme has been targeted at a family audience but there are a lot of loud bangs and gunfire so we would not recommend the event for babies. Performances are outside with grand stand seating for the audience so be sure to wrap up warmly.

Will there be the opportunity to buy tickets at the gate?

The event is currently selling very well but in the event that it is not sold out there will be an onsite box office.

Photographs may be taken but should not be used for purposes of commercial gain. The use of “flash” equipment is expressly forbidden.

The floodlighting used during the Tattoo performance can produce satisfactory photographic results when using a suitable camera with appropriate shutter and lens aperture adjustments. Any auto-flash settings should be switched off. An ISO speed setting of 400 or 800 ISO is recommended on digital or film cameras with the colour balance set for artificial lighting if possible.
